The scope of certification covered all the ISP process and continued for all subsequent standard upgrades which includes latest standard ISO 9001-2015.
At ISP, quality is built into every product which we deliver to customer. We accentuate on building a quality culture with our service to customer with in the Sultanate of Oman.We ensure compliance and strict adherence to quality management system, Legal, Regulatory statutory and other applicable standards, proactive identification of potential risk & opportunities, prevent or reduce undesired effects & strive for continual improvement.
